The contract was for 11 lots in total. Since none of the offers received for lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 were technically compliant, the tender procedure for these lots is cancelled, while lots 10 and 11 will be awarded to the lowest compliant tender.
