The Government of Punjab has received credit from the International Development Association (World Bank Group) for the implementation of PTEGP and intends to support a contract that may be awarded as per the criteria mentioned in the bidding documents. The PTEGP invites sealed bids from eligible bidders/contractors for the “Construction/Renovation of Toilet Blocks” atdifferent Heritage & Tourist Sites in Punjab i.e. Attock, Rawalpindi, Chakwal, Jhelum, Mianwali, Lahore, Sheikhupura, Kasur, Sahiwal, Bahawalpur & DG Khan with three lots. Bidders may bid for one or more lots. Bids evaluation and contract award will be done on a lot basis through single stage on envelope method.
Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB). Procurement shall be done in accordance with World Bank Procurement Guidelines January 2011 (revised July 2014)

Bidding documents can be downloaded from www.ptegp.punjab.gov.pk. Printed bidding documents can either be obtained directly from the address given below or couriered on request at a price of Rs. 2,000/- which may be deposited as per government rules.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on April 11, 2022 at 11:30 AM Conference Room of PMU-PTEGP office. Kindly send a request through email at pmuptegp@gmail.com to attend the Virtual pre-bid meeting.
Bids must be delivered to the above office address by or before April 29, 2022 by 1400 hours and must be accompanied by a bid security declaration.
Bids will be publicly opened in presence of the Bidders’ designated representative and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on April 29, 2022 by 1430 hours. Late submission of bids shall not be considered.
All bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” equivalent to 2% of the bid value.
