Wykonawca będzie realizował zapewnienie ochrony osób i mienia w dwóch zasadniczych etapach;

— pierwszy etap to: realizacja ochrony fizycznej zgodnie z posiadanym planem ochrony i obsadą posterunków zgodnie przedstawionymi poniżej tabelami i sukcesywna zabudowa czterech niezależnych systemów: CCTV, alarmów terenów zewnętrznych, alarmów wewnętrznych w budynkach i systemu nagłośnienia z jednoczesnym ograniczaniem stanowisk ochrony fizycznej,

— drugi etap to: realizacja ochrony w oparciu o nowy system dozoru technicznego wspomaganego ochroną fizyczną i grupą interwencyjna. Szczegółowy opis realizacji nowego systemu zabezpieczenia obiektów wraz z wykazami sprzętu i posterunkami, a także obowiązkami na poszczególnych posterunkach zawiera załącznik nr 5 do SWZ.

Wykonawca wyłoniony w postępowaniu będzie miał 3 miesiące na zabudowę i uruchomienie nowego systemu zabezpieczeń technicznych

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

1) z dniem 1 stycznia 2022 r. ulega podwyższeniu wysokość wynagrodzenia minimalnego za pracę, ustalaną na podstawie ustawy z dnia 10 października 2002 r. o minimalnym wynagrodzeniu za pracę (Dz.U. 2020 poz. 2207),2) łącząca Strony Umowa będzie realizowana także po dniu 1 stycznia 2022 r.,3) przedmiot Umowy jest realizowany przez Wykonawcę przy pomocy osób, których dotyczą zmiany wskazane w pkt. 1) powyżej,4) podstawą zmiany wysokości wynagrodzenia umownego są przepisy wskazane w pkt 1) powyżej, przepisy wykonawcze wydane na ich podstawie oraz postanowienia Umowy, a przyjęty sposób wyliczenia odpowiedniej zmiany wynagrodzenia polega na porównaniu kosztów osobowych przed i po wejściu w życie zmian przepisów,
