Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Dokończenie z Sekcji VII.2.1)Wprowadzone zmiany nie powodują do zmiany wartości zamówienia.Powyższe potwierdza możliwość formalną i konieczność merytoryczną dla wprowadzenia zmian w realizowanej umowie. W ramach uprzednio zawartego aneksu nr 2 do ww. umowy wprowadzony został załącznik nr 13 – Koszty doposażenia, którego zakres zmodyfikowano poprzez wprowadzenie kolejnych dodatkowych elementów infrastruktury teleinformatycznej w ramach podpisanego aneksu nr 3 do umowy. W celu doprecyzowania opisu produktów dostarczanych w ramach wyspecyfikowanego w załączniku nr 13 sprzętu, aneksem nr 4 wprowadzono aktualizacji ww. załącznika. Aktualizacja załącznika nr 13 nie powoduje żadnych zmian finansowych, ilości oraz specyfikacji dostarczanego w ramach doposażenia sprzętu teleinformatycznego.Aneks nr 4 obejmuje poprawne podanie NIP Zamawiającego, przedłużenie umowy o 1 miesiąc do 30.04.2022 r. oraz aktualizację Załącznika nr 13 do Umowy.
