Na podstawie par. 26 ust. 4 zawartej umowy: - w związku z zapisami par. 26 ust. 1 pkt 1.2 i 1.3, par. 1 ust. 3 pkt 3.1 oraz ust. 6 a także zgodnie z protokołem konieczności nr 7 z dnia 30 września 2021 r. wraz z przedłożonymi kosztorysami ofertowymi zatwierdzonymi przez branżowych inspektorów nadzoru inwestorskiego wskazującymi na konieczność zwiększenia zakresu robót budowlanych nastąpił wzrost wynagrodzenia kosztorysowego za wykonanie przedmiotu umowy o kwotę netto 39.926,74 zł., co stanowi łącznie 49.109,89 zł. bruttooraz- w związku z zapisami par. 26 ust. 1 pkt 1.2 i 1.3, par. 1 ust. 3 i 4 oraz ust. 6 a także zgodnie z protokołami konieczności nr 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, i 14 z dnia 21 października 2021 r. wraz z przedłożonymi kosztorysami ofertowymi zatwierdzonymi przez branżowych inspektorów nadzoru inwestorskiego wskazującymi na konieczność zwiększenia zakresu robót budowlanych nastąpił wzrost wynagrodzenia kosztorysowego za wykonanie przedmiotu umowy o kwotę netto 772.849,99 zł.
