1. Specialized companies / Factories working in tender field with extensive experience are invited to apply in this tender.
2. Bidder must fill Annex C as Financial offer, the cost must include the delivery to project locations indicated in Annex B with all related costs.
3. Bidder must indicate Brand & model along with full catalogues for each item.
4. Bidder must indicate the warranty period and the available stock for immediate delivery, as well as the required delivery lead time.
5. Bidder must provide company legal documents, trade registration, authorization letters, ...etc.
6. Bidder must send Annex C in Excel format as well as signed and stamped copy in PDF format.
