Description
FAO is urgently seeking offers from companies who are able to supply two (2) rotary wing aircraft (helicopters) and all related logistics support in Kenya, on a pay per use arrangement inclusive of:
One (1) helicopter for Desert Locust survey operations; and
One (1) helicopter for Desert Locust survey and control (spraying) operations or only survey (both configurations should be possible)

The offered helicopter/s will be positioned and ready to commence with the services requested at the designated operational bases in Kenya, originally within 2 weeks of contract award and within seventy-two (72) hours thereafter from receipt of written notice issued by FAO, for a minimum period of four (4) months and with possible extensions up to 31 December 2021. Bidders may submit offer for one or two rotary wing aircraft (helicopters).
