Description
1. The Ground Handling services include but are not limited to Ground and Air Terminal & Cargo Handling
Services, VIP Services and Bus Transportation Services, required as defined in this SOW and by the
terms and conditions to be outlined the Contract out of solicitation process, applicable by International
Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO); DPKO Aviation Manual, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP),
Directives and Administrative Instructions by MINUSCA. Reference ww.icao.org.
2. The contractor shall provide the required services at M’poko International Airport (IATA: BGF,
ICAO: HSSS) to all flights that are reflected on the MINUSCA Daily Flight Schedule (DFS) Military or
Civilian, Special Flight Schedule (SFS) and/or as directed by MINUSCA.
