Project Title: Justice Undertakings for Social Transformation (JUST) Project
Type of Activity: Provision of conference organizing services including venue and catering cost for the JUST Project Public Forum and Witness Care Conference July 19-20, 2019

Period of services: 2 days
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites you to send your quotation and confirm availability for the provision of conference organizing services for UNDP Jamaica JUST Project Public Forum and Witness Care Conference scheduled to hold from 19th – 20th July 2019
Details of the request is as follows;
Lecture Hall for the Public Forum on 19th July 2019 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm and Cocktail reception from 6:00pm-8:00pm. Conference room on 20th July from 8:30am -5:00pm to include Catering cost.
On the 19 July 2019 from 2:00-6:00pm (Panel Discussion)
Seating Theatre style for 170 persons
The Lecture Hall should include: -
Wi-Fi Access
Multi-media Projector & Screen
Three (3) Mics (preferably cordless)
Podium and PA system
Head Table
Decorations
On the 19 July from 6:00pm-8:00pm, to provide Cocktail reception for 150 persons (to include non-alcoholic beverages)
On 20th July 2019 The Conference room should include: -
Wi-Fi Access
Multi-media Projector & Screen
Mic (preferably cordless)
Podium and PA system
Registration Table
Flip chart stands & Paper
Head Table
Decorations
2. On the 20 July 2019 to provide: -
Morning Coffee Break at 10:30am for 70 persons: -
Assortment of Fruits
Coffee, Tea, Fruit Juice and Water
Assortment of Sandwiches
Assortment of Pastries
Lunch to be provided from 1:30pm -2:30pm for 70 persons
Afternoon Liquid Break at 3:30pm for 70 persons
Other Rental items Associated with the Conference and the Cocktail reception (chairs, tables, Bistro tables, tablecloths, Cutlery etc.)
Other costs to include:
-Security, Janitorial and Ancillary services and Technical support
Deadline for submission of quotations is CoB 07/06/2019 as this is very urgent
