The EIF is launching a call for tenders to contract dedicated and experienced event management service providers (2 in cascade) to deliver the conceptual and technical event execution and on-site logistical and operational aspects. The scope of this call for tender comprises the following (cumulative attributes):• client facing events (i.e. external events only),• where the main objective is fund raising, networking or awareness raising,• taking place in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.The target audiences for the events may be (cumulatively or not):• mandators, shareholders, prospective investors;• financial intermediaries: banks and private equity funds across Europe;• European SME associations and influencers;• European SMEs and EU Citizens.The number, style and scale of events to be organized may vary from year to year and may range from a more corporate approach to a ‘show-style’ or a celebratory/award style event. The number of attendees can also range from 10 to +450.
