Description

Scope of Work

  1. To provide interpretation services (2 French/ English interpreters and 2 Portuguese/ English interpreters) during three days of the workshop 12, 13 and 14 September.
  2. To provide a technician who will be in charge to ensure the equipment is functioning well at all times.
  3. To provide SIE interpretation equipment that will be used by the 60 participants (exact number of participants to be confirmed closer to the event date) at the workshop to be set up a day to the start of workshop  i.e. 12 September, 2017
  4. Translate executive summary and recommendations of evaluation report (approx. 10,000 words) in French and Portuguese

    Expected Deliverables and Reporting Requirements

  • To provide three interpreters (2 French/English and 2 Portuguese/English) during the workshop to provide interpretation services.
  • To provide SIE equipment to all the participants.
  • To provide a technician around the clock during the duration of the workshop.
  • To provide translation of executive summary and recommendations of evaluation report in French and Portuguese
