PART A Hudaydah Ceasefire Reporting: UNMHA requires contracted services to collect and analyse data and reports on the armed conflict in Hudaydah to provide real-time information to the ceasefire and de-escalation mechanism, enabling early response and de-escalation, and serving as the basis for verification, monitoring, advocacy, and intervention. The contractor will provide open-source reports, data, and analysis assessing and recording incidents of armed violence and potential outbreaks of violence to inform the monitoring and de-escalation mechanisms of the Hudaydah ceasefire. The geographic coverage is Al Hudaydah Governorate. The contractor will produce a daily, weekly report, and any flash reports of crises. PART B Daily National Reporting: OSESGY requires contracted services to collect and analyse open-source data on political, security, socio-economic, and public information-related developments for the Yemen conflict and peace process. The contractor will provide a daily summary of open-source reporting, including from both traditional and social media, and official statements by the parties and other stakeholders. The geographic coverage is all of Yemen as well as significant international events or statements affecting the peace process. The contractor and OSESGY will consult regularly on any new themes that require special attention in the reporting. In particular, the contractor will include: Political/Socio-Economic Developments, Security Developments, Public Affairs and Statements PART C: Expansion of Part A to Countrywide Coverage Part D: Dedicated analyst
