Description
The purpose of the study is to provide an analysis, independent assessment, and documentation of the training’s impact on participants’ employment/labor status, overall resilience, and their employability, to serve accountability, decision making, learning and management purposes at UNRWA and KfW. This tracer study aims particularly at measuring the medium to short term impacts of the provided training opportunities by UNRWA GTP for graduates after accomplishing their Graduate Training Opportunity (3 and(or) 6 months) and compare the data with the control group did not benefit from GTP opportunities. The analysis and the presentation of data and information will be gender-disaggregated and take into consideration the needs of vulnerable groups.
