Overview :

We kindly request you to submit your proposal for Rapid Assessment on the Development of Fishery Sector in Yemen by reviewing the bid documents RFP-YEM-0087-2021 with annexes.

Quotations must be submitted through UNDP eTendering online system under business unit: YEM10 and event ID # 0000011291

The Financial Proposal and the Technical Proposal files MUST BE COMPLETELY SEPARATE and uploaded separately in the system and clearly named as either “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” or “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL”, as appropriate. Each document shall include the Proposer’s name and address. The file with the “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL” must be encrypted with a password so that it cannot be opened nor viewed until the Proposal has been found to pass the technical evaluation stage. Once a Proposal has been found to be responsive by passing the technical evaluation stage, UNDP shall request the Proposer to submit the password to open the Financial Proposal. The Proposer shall assume the responsibility for not encrypting the financial proposal otherwise the bidder will be disqualified from further evaluation process.

Bidders may upload files as needed; however, the size of each file should not exceed five megabytes (5 MB).

Please be aware that bids received after the deadline will be rejected.

Bidder should ensure that submitted offers do not contain viruses or corrupted files. Such offers will be rejected. Bidders can compress the file through zip file type. It is the exclusive responsibility of the offeror to ensure that the document(s) are received at the specified email address before the closing date.
