Overview :

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Zambia requires the services of a qualified National individual consultant for Evaluation of the end of the Financial Mentorship District Health Offices Project as described in the attached ToR.       

Therefore, we are hereby inviting you to submit an offer for the required services. To assist you in understanding the requirements of the assignment, we have attached hereto the following:         

  1. Terms of Reference for the consultancy      
  2. The standard Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability, which you must accomplish and submit to UNDP  (Kindly fill all the pages  especially page  1 and annex 2 of the offeror letter indicating the amount in local currency).     
  3. The Individual Contract and its General Terms and Conditions, which you would be expected to sign in the event you are the selected Offeror in this procurement process.
