The objective of this consultancy is to draft a National Strategy for Environment, Natural Resources and Climate Change (ENR&CC) Mainstreaming for use by REMA and others involved in ENR and CC mainstreaming, based on Lessons Learned and Best Practices, in order to better guide and support ENR&CC mainstreaming and its relation to Poverty Reduction and Economic Development into national, sectoral and local planning for the new EDPRS planning phase in Rwanda, and that will support long-term sustainable development in Rwanda as articulated in the Vision 2050 and the Green Growth and Climate Resilient Strategy.
