The overall purpose of the National or International Biodiversity Finance Expert will be to complete the Biodiversity Financial Needs Assessment (FNA) following the guidance provided by the updated BIOFIN Workbook in close collaboration with the Lead Expert and with detailed data and analytical support provided by the Junior Finance Specialist.
