The UNDP has received in writing a query from a bidder. Please see below the query and UNDP official reply.

Question: If the machineries of the winning contractor were confiscated by the Isareli authorities, who will bare the responsiblity?

Reply: The machineries of the contractor on site are considered the contractor's sole property; it is the contractor's full responsibility to make his machineries safe and secure at all time; The contractor must issue insurance policies to mitigate all possible risks. The UNDP is not responsible in this case at all.
