Eligibility of Tenderer :

1. The minimum number years of general experience of the Tender in the construction work shall be 5[Five] years.


2. A satisfactory completion of specific of flat repair and maintenance works of residential Building of (Must be having experience of Installation of Floor Tiles,wall tiles,wall paneling,painting, plastering,electrical works with related other work )of at least Tk 7.2 [seven point two ] lac under 3 [Three] of contract(s) over a period of 3 [Three] years shall be required. Must be submitted work completion certificate at Government / semi Government/ Autonomous organization.


3. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 6.0 [six] lac over the last 3 [Three] years.6.0x3=18.0)lac. Must be submitted recent up to date Bank statement certificate / Work completion certificate/NBR certificate for comply the Tenderer Turnover.


4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or Unconditional credit facilities / Unconditional Bank Gurante of the Tenderer shall be Tk 6.0 [six] lac .Must be submitted recent Bank certificate with mentioned the Balance / Unconditional credit facilities.

5.Tender will be rejected if the quoted price is more than 10.000% above or below the approved official estimated cost according Bangladesh Government Gazette and up-date Standered Tender documents of CPTU.
