Eligibility of Tenderer :

1. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) Lakh under single contract over a period of last 05 years shall be required. (years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website).
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 24.00 (Twenty Four) Lakh over the last 05 years.(years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website). Turnover will be calculated on the basis of payment certificates only.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities ofthe Tenderer shall be Tk. 24.00(Twenty Four) Lakh. (Submitted documents of Bank statements which will be issued from the Bank, in between the publication of Tender notice and submission date of Tender by the Tenderer will be taken into account).
4. Any/All Tenderers who have registration in e-GP system may participate in the Tender provided they satisfied the criteria as stated in the TDS. Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate of the proposed works, shall be rejected.
5. Latest amendment of PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 shall be followed in tender evaluation.
