  • Community-oriented problem solving; development challenge being addressed; innovative; partnerships and linkages being established; feasibility. (10 Points)
  • Sustainability; replicability and degree of up- scalability; inclusiveness etc. (10 Points)
  • Clarity of the Project, what will be done, who will do it, when it will be done (beginning, duration, completion), and where it will be done. (10 Points)
  • Applicants’/organization capacities – project management experience; participation of local community and key stakeholders, inclusion of women and youth, collaboration with other local projects and programs. (30 Points)
  • Robust Monitoring & Evaluation framework. (10 Points)
  • Appropriateness and feasibility of budget & corresponding work plan; consistency with budgeting guidelines. (5 Points)
  • Co-funding or funds mobilized from other sources. (5 points)
