Dear Valued bidder,

United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Malaysia Country Office wishes to invite Request for Proposal for “Knowledge Documentation of the Project Cakna Remaja (CARE) pilot: School & Community Intervention Programme to expose and empower school children to sexual reproductive health rights programmes” through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite you to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this request for proposal and the terms and conditions contained herein. 

Request for information

Any questions concerning this invitation, must be forwarded in writing by email, to  Min Thein Soe, msoe@unicef.org not later 30th June 2021, with specific reference to this LPRS number. No request for information will be entertained after this. The question and its response will be circulated to all the bidders on 7th July 2021, after deleting the name of the bidder who requested for the information.

Due date and time for submission of the proposals

Your proposals must be submitted latest by the date and Myanmar local time specified below.  Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. UNICEF will not accept any responsibility for the premature opening of the proposals not properly addressed or identified.

Deadline of submission: 15 July 2021              Time:    15:00  (Malaysia Time)

Please refer to the document Request for Proposal LRPS-2021-9167832  and submit your proposal (Technical + Financial) together with the Supplier Profile Form. Please also provide a copy of below docs for registering/renewing in our supplier database (Please ignore this requirement if you have already provided the form).

• A copy of the valid certificate of incorporation, registration with government entity
• Updated Company profile (using attached template)

Information which the bidder considers to be proprietary should be clearly marked as such. All information provided by the bidder will be treated as confidential and used for UNICEF internal purposes only.
