Dear Sir / Madam:


We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for the Preparation of Forest Management Plans (FMPs) of Stepanavan, Tashir and Jiliza forest enterprises (Lori marz) with integrated consideration of biodiversity, ecosystem services, climate mitigation and community resource use; Updating of mapping information on accurate boundaries of Stepanavan, Tashir and Jiliza surrounding community lands and protected areas (the detailed TOR is attached separately as Annex 1a).
Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal.
Proposals may be submitted on or before, 24 September 2019, 4:00 pm local Yerevan time (GMT +4) via email, courier mail below (sealed in envelope):
