REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP-135-PHL-2019)

 

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites suppliers to bid for the Assessment of the current status of Renewable Energy Manufacturing Industry in the Philippines.

 

For interested parties, Bid Documents (Request for Proposal and Terms of Reference) may be downloaded and secured in this notice.

Quotations may be submitted on or before 26 November 2019 (Tuesday) via  e-mail which must be sent to this email address only: bids.ph@undp.org

 

Quotations submitted by email must be limited to a maximum of 10 MB per email, virus-free.  They must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected.

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline.  Quotations that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.  If you are submitting your quotation by email, kindly ensure that they are signed and in the .pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files.

UNDP reserves the right to reject any or all the proposals, waive any defect or informality therein, accept the proposal and award the contract to the most advantageous offer.  UNDP assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the proposer for any expense or loss that may be incurred for the preparation of proposals, nor does UNDP guarantee that an award will be made.
