RFP-SSLED-004-Subcontract: Study on Urban SSL Promotion Roadmap 

The sub-contract is to carry out the research on the status quo of SSL in Chinese urban areas; analyzing the best practices in urban green lighting energy-saving renovation; developing the urban green lighting evaluation system and methodology; making recommendations on further promoting urban green lighting in China.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit your proposal to this RFP for Technical Assistance and Advisory Service on Enabling Solid State Lighting Market Transformation & Promotion of Light Emitting Diode Lighting project.

 

Attached please find the detailed Request for Proposal. 
 
Your Proposal should be submitted in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this RFP. Interested bidders are requested to send confirmation letter to SSLED Project Management Office (PMO) by email and indicate whether you intend to submit a proposal, no later than November 30, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. Sub-contract proposals should be submitted to SSLED PMO before 5:00 pm, December 10, 2018 (Beijing time). Five copies of the Proposal (including technical and financial proposals) are required. Please carefully read the TOR for sub-contract and Request for Proposal (RFP) of SSLED project. Any discrepancy with TOR or RFP could result in a rejection. No matter succeed or not, the submitted proposal will not be returned.
