The purpose of the RFP is to solicit proposals from experienced audit firms to enter into a Long Term Agreement (LTA) with UNDP and to submit a proposal to conduct an audit of the UNDP projects executed by National and /or NGO partners. Your proposal could form the basis for a contract between your firm and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The LTA will be issued for a period of 3 years (2014-2016) however contract will be issued for an initial period of one year and may be extended successively for equal periods based on the satisfactory performance of the Contractor.

- Bidder should ensure that submitted offers are in ONE outer and TWO inner envelopes (inner envelopes include: the technical proposals in one separate envelope and the other envelope includes the financial proposals), otherwise offers will be disqualified.
