The EU4Moldova: Focal Regions Programme, funded by the European Union and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the United Nations International Children's Fund (UNICEF), is looking for a company to promote, during the first promotion year period (2021-2022), an integrated branding campaign – containing logos, core values for Brand and Marketing Strategy implementation, in order to advance the two Focal Regions (Ungheni and Cahul) economic, social and cultural achievements, promote their success stories, nationally and internationally.

The selected Contractor will be building capacities among local target stakeholders to enhance the image of the regions, to capitalize the advantages of the regions, and to actively promote the new branding, success stories, regions development agenda through the most effective communication channels, national/international events, business fora and other relevant communications channels and tools.

Your offer, comprising of Technical and Financial Proposals, shall be submitted in accordance with "Section 3: Bid Data Sheet" of RfP document. Please, pay attention to the submission requirements, especialy to the fact that technical and financial proposals shall be submitted in separate files, while the financial proposal shall be password protected. The password shall not be disclosed unless required in written by UNDP. Please, ensure that no other documents are disclosing your financial proposal apart from Forms F and G which are password protected.

Once uploaded, Bidders that have accepted the invitation in the system will be notified via e-mail that changes have occurred. It is responsibility of the Bidder to view the respective changes and clarifications in the system.

Deadline for submitting bids is indicated in e-tendering module, in case of discrepancies, the date and time indicated in e-tendering must prevail. Once the deadline expired the submission is not available, thereby Bidders are encouraged to submit their bids well in advance so as to prevent any last moment technical deficiencies or networks shortages.
