UNDP Vietnam kindly invite Vietnam based firms to submit quotations for Domestic Mail Delivery Services for the UN Agencies in Vietnam

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations. Request for Quotation with enclosed TOR and evaluation criteria in Annex 1 as well as Quotation Submission Form (Annex 2) are in the attached files.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 10.30 am, Thursday 21 November 2019 at 304 Kim Ma Street, Hanoi. Participation by Bidders in this pre-bid conference is strongly recommended. If you are able to attend this conference, please send your registration to: luu.ngoc.diep@undp.org before 21 November 2019.
