UNDP Vietnam kindly requests companies in Vietnam to submit quotations for 100 meeting room chairs and 100 canteen chairs for the Green One United Nations House (GOUNH) in Hanoi as detailed in Annex 1 of the RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.
The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations. Request for Quotation with enclosed Annex 2 are in the attached files.
A pre-quotation conference will be held at 10.00 am, Friday 11 October 2019 at 304 Kim Ma Street, Hanoi. Participation by Bidders in this pre-quotation conference is strongly recommended. If you are able to attend this conference, please send your registration to: luu.ngoc.diep@undp.org before 11 October 2019.
