| Overview : We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for "Road Transportation Survey for knowing the composition of the fuel consumption according to the Albanian transport vehicle fleet for passenger transport and freight transport". Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex Part 2, in preparing your Proposal. Proposals may be submitted on or before Friday, May 13, 2022 at 14:00 hrs via e-Tendering. Allowable Manner of Submitting Proposals: e-Tendering only. Bids not sent in e-Tendering system will not be considered.
