Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Necesitatea modificarii survenita in urma unor circumstante pe care o autoritate/entitate contractanta care actioneaza cu diligenta nu ar fi putut sa le prevada [articolul 43 alineatul (1) litera (c) din Directiva 2014/23/UE, articolul 72 alineatul (1) litera (c) din Directiva 2014/24/UE, articolul 89 alineatul (a) litera (c) din Directiva 2014/25/UE]. Descrierea circumstantelor care au facut necesara modificarea si justificarea naturii neprevazute a acestor circumstante: modificarea contractului a devenit necesara in urma unor circumstante pe care o autoritate contractanta care actioneaza cu diligenta nu ar fi putut sa le prevada. Descrierea motivelor: diminuare contract conf. preved. art. 14.3 din ctr. 93/DB/2.7.2020 prin actul aditional nr. 237/15.10.2020 datorita valorificarii reduse a biletelor, contextul economic si sanitar generat de COVID-19. Majorarea pretului contractului este de: -47,28 % din pretul contractului initial.
