The works involve the repair and redecoration of parts of the exterior and interior of the above premises prior to the 2022/2023 academic year starting in September.
The works specifically include: • Replacement areas of slate hanging.
• Repairs to roofs • Repairs to cast iron balcony rails • Investigation of lintol support • External timber repairs • External maintenance • External redecoration The works also include a further area of slate hanging to be carried out to the South Elevation of Tannachie, Wood Lane.
