Short-Term National Institutional/ Individual Consultancy on “Online Accelerated Learning Programme Development”

UNICEF Turkey Country Office invites your company to submit an offer for the attached Request for Proposal for Services. The Proposals must be received at the below address by latest 08 February 2021, Monday, at or before 10:00a.m. (Ankara time). Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. Due to the nature of this RFP, there will be no public opening of proposals.

*Full proposals must be submitted in ENGLISH and must be received not later than the closure date and time as duly signed, stamped and dated.

**Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, exceptionally for the subject tender, electronic submission of the proposals by email will be accepted.

Accordingly, bidders are requested to send electronic version of their proposals by email as duly signed &stamped pdf documents to (turkeyprocurement@unicef.org) in two (2) separate emails with the tender reference in their email subjects:

- one email for technical proposals

- one email for financial proposals

Financial proposals shall be secured by a password and the password will only be used when an offer is evaluated technically acceptable and therefore eligible for opening of the financial proposals. All other provisions of the tender are still valid and proposals received in any other manner will be invalidated.

** Please note that national institutional consultancy companies which are legally registered in Turkey or companies who have legal presence in Turkey OR national team of individual experts can participate in this tender. If individuals would like to submit a proposal, they need to form a group of experts having the qualifications in the ToR and must submit their proposals as a group. Please note that individual applications will be disqualified if no team of individuals are proposed. Please note that applications of companies which do not have legal presence in Turkey will be disqualified.
