III., bod 3.6 Zmluvy písomne listom zo dňa 19.7.2021 požiadal Objednávateľa o úpravu jednotkových cien za poskytovanie Služieb, a to na základe vopred dohodnutého zmluvne upraveného mechanizmu v rozsahu danom Indexom nominálnej mesačnej mzdy v porovnaní s rovnakým obdobím minulého roka v odvetví Vybrané trhové služby, ktorý uverejňuje Štatistický úrad Slovenskej republiky.
