Predmetna dela v niso bila vključena v prvotno javno naročilo oz. niso bila predvidena, potreba po izvedbi le-teh se je izkazala po sklenitvi pogodbe.

Zaradi izjemne tehnično-vsebinske kompleksnosti sistema DarsGo kot tudi neizključne pravice do uporabe sestavnih delov in celotnega računalniškega programa, ki je bil izdelan za potrebe predmeta pogodbe, bi morebitna zamenjava izvajalca pomenila izjemno veliko tveganje za končno uspešno izvedbo celotnega projekta.
