The U.S. Army Special Operations Command intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to establish a firm fixed priced purchase order to procure five (5) SmarTrack Digital Arms Room and Asset Tracking Software with RFID capabilities IAW the Scope of Work provided. Delivery will be to Bldg H5786, Sustainment Rd., Fort Bragg, NC 28310-5200.

Pursuant to the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003, 15 U.S. Code § 657f, as implemented by FAR 6.302-5(b)(6), the Government intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Williams Software Associates Corp. If there are any other SDVOSBs that can meet the requirements of this notice, inform the USASOC Contracting Office, not later than, 10:00am EST, 08 September 2017.

This is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation, but merely notification of the Government's intent to enter into a contract with Williams Software Associates Corp, Raleigh, NC for (SmarTrack Digital Arms Room and Asset Tracking Software with RFID capabilities).

The Government's determination not to compete this proposed contract action is based on agency market research, the results of a sources sought placed on GSA's eBuy and responses from two vendors on email RFIs. Responses to this notice may be collected for future requirements however, due to immediate mission needs, will not be considered for the purposes of this acquisition.
