Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate email, should be submitted by email to jakartasupply@unicef.org NO LATER THAN Tuesday, 14 November 2017 @17:00 hours (Jakarta Local Time).

The Subject line of the E-mail(s) should state: “Technical proposal LRPS-2017-9135430, Social Media Content Production, Management, Monitoring, and Evaluation” and separate email, “Financial proposal for the LRPS-2017-9135430, Social Media Content Production, Management, Monitoring, and Evaluation - DO NOT OPEN".
