The National Park Service issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) on April 8, 2019 under the terms described in the RFQ. The new competitive leasing opportunity is to rehabilitate and operate a historic waterfront boat shop, lounge, event space, and marina at Fort Baker within Golden Gate National Recreation Area. In order to provide interested parties an opportunity to visit the facilities, the NPS will host a one day pre-submittal conference and site tour on April 16, 2019. Interested parties must RSVP to Christopher Fryday at the email address below.
