IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO INTERESTED VENDORS WHO WISH TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DODEA SIS INDUSTRY WEEK.

PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW THE ATTACHED DODEA SIS VIRTUAL VENDOR INDUSTRY WEEK PRESENTATION AND ITS CONTENTS.  THIS PRESENTATION IS BEING PROVIDED TO INFORM INDUSTRY ON DODEA'S GOALS, OBJECTIVES AND FUNCTIONALITIES FOR THE FOLLOW-ON STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (SIS) CONTRACT AND TO PREPARE INTERESTED VENDORS FOR THEIR VIRTUAL PRESENTATION DURING DODEA'S SIS INDUSTRY WEEK SCHEDULED 19-23 AUGUST 2019.

A VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM IS INCLUDED WITH THE DODEA SIS INDUSTRY WEEK PRESENTATION.  VENDORS ARE REQUESTED TO PLEASE FILL OUT THE ATTACHED FORM WITH THE REQUESTED INFORMATION AND PROVIDE THE COMPLETED FORM TO THIS OFFICE (GEORGETTE.HENDRICKSEN@DODEA.EDU)  BY 14 AUGUST 2019 OR SOONER.  THE GOVERNMENT IS REQUESTING A 2-DAY ADVANCE WINDOW FOR RECEIPT OF A VENDOR'S URL/WEBSITE IN ORDER TO TEST A VENDOR'S DEMO SITE PRIOR TO A VENDOR'S SCHEDULED DATE AND TIME FOR THEIR VIRTUAL PRESENTATION.
