Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate email, should be submitted by email to jakartasupply@unicef.org NO LATER THAN Monday, 25 June 2018, @17:00 hours (Jakarta Local Time).

The Subject line of the E-mail(s) should state: “Technical proposal LRPS-2018-9140271, Study on Skills for the Future” and separate email, “Financial proposal for the LRPS-2018-9140271, Study on Skills for the Future - DO NOT OPEN”.
