Description
The study shall provide detailed information on the impact on defence of the 5 EU Chemical Regulations, as well as their interactions/consistency with REACH and CLP and between them, towards a more consistent approach in overall EU legislation for chemicals, for defence stakeholders, aiming among others:— to address defence specificities (exemptions/exclusions/, etc.) as foreseen in the legal texts of the regulations,— to assess the impact of the regulations on defence and to develop recommendations for related mitigation actions,— to support avoiding in the future undesired regulatory outcomes impacting defence in multi-regulation situations (e.g. regrettable substitution of chemical substance).
