216 msq Wall Painting
• Prepare internal existing plastered and painted Interior walls with sugar soap, filler or primer as appropriate.
• Remove all pinboards and retain for Client Reuse
• Apply 2 finishing coats of Mid-sheen, washable, quick drying, low odour acrylic paint – Dulux trade 70 or equal.
• One wall colour : Dulux 00NN 83/000 or equal (White)
• Application as to Manufacturers recommendations
• Allow 3 colour samples. Colours to be approved by Architect prior to installation.
• Provide protection to existing finishes and fittings (tiles, glazing, ceilings, AC controls, power skirting etc)

65 linM Timber skirting
• Repaint standard 76 x 12mm existing meranti skirting.
• Prepare existing painted meranti to receive new paint. Sand, fill and prime as required
• Paint (Brush) with a scratch and stain resistant Eggshell enamel.
• Apply 2-3 coats Dulux Eggshell Enamel in Dulux 00NN 37/000. (Light Grey)
• Application as to Manufacturers recommendations
• Allow 3 colour samples. Colours to be approved by Architect prior to installation.
• Provide protection to existing finishes and fittings (tiles, glazing, ceilings, AC controls, power skirting etc)

6 Timber door Painting
• Repaint standard 813 x 2032 existing Interior flush panel painted door.
• Prepare existing painted door panel to receive new paint. Sand, fill and prime as required
• Retain existing door hardware and mask.
• Door signage to be removed and reinstalled by Client
• Paint all sides of existing door
• Paint (Brush) with a scratch and stain resistant Eggshell enamel.
• Apply 2-3 coats Dulux Eggshell Enamel in Dulux 00NN 37/000. (Light Grey)
• Application as to Manufacturers recommendations
• Allow 3 colour samples. Colours to be approved by Architect prior to installation.
• Provide protection to existing finishes and fittings (tiles, glazing, ceilings, AC controls, power skirting etc)

6 Steel Door Frames
• Repaint standard 900 x 2400 Interior pressed steel door frame with glazed highlight.
• Prepare frame to receive new paint. Sand, fill and prime as required
• Retain existing hinges.
• Paint all sides of frame the same.
• Paint (Brush) with a scratch and stain resistant Eggshell enamel.
• Apply 2-3 coats Dulux Eggshell Enamel in Dulux 00NN 83/000. (White)
• Application as to Manufacturers recommendations
• Allow 3 colour samples. Colours to be approved by Architect prior to installation.
• Provide protection to existing finishes and fittings (tiles, glazing, ceilings, AC controls, power skirting etc)

15 Steel Window frames
• Repaint standard 1450 x 1450 steel window frame with fixed panel and 2 x top hung awning.
• Prepare internal frame to receive new paint only. Sand, fill and prime as required
• Retain window hardware.
• Paint (Brush) with a scratch and stain resistant Eggshell enamel.
• Apply 2-3 coats Dulux Eggshell Enamel in Dulux 00NN 20/000. (Dark Grey)
• Application as to Manufacturers recommendations
• Allow 3 colour samples. Colours to be approved by Architect prior to installation.
• Note: Client to remove and reinstall Blinds prior to painting
• Provide protection to existing finishes and fittings (tiles, glazing, ceilings, AC controls, power skirting etc)

15 Fibrecement window sills
• Repaint standard 1450 x 150 fibre cement Interior window sills
• Prepare interior sill to receive new paint only. Sand, fill and prime as required
• Paint (Brush) with a scratch and stain resistant Eggshell enamel.
• Apply 2-3 coats Dulux Eggshell Enamel in Dulux 00NN 20/000. (Dark Grey)
• Application as to Manufacturers recommendations
• Allow 3 colour samples. Colours to be approved by Architect prior to installation.
