Description of General Requirements: The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) has a requirement for the Supply and Delivery of Office Supplies (Shredding, Laminating, Binding Machines) to DAP UNMISS Logbase in, Juba, South Sudan (INCOTERMS 2010) Conditions: 1. Interested companies are invited to submit their Expression Of Interest (EOI) by hand delivery or e-mail as indicated below. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information: i. United Nations Global Market (UNGM) Registration Number (Mandatory – see no. 2 below) ii. Company’s contact details (address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail, etc.). 2. If not registered with the UNGM, interested companies can access the registration website: www.ungm.org for registration and other necessary information. The registration for the goods required is FREE and MANDATORY for responding to this REOI. Companies not meeting the above conditions will not be invited for competitive bidding.).
