The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Pakistan invites qualified and registered contractors to make firm offers for the supply and installation of Infant Incubators as detailed in Annex A.  It is strongly recommended that this Request for Quotation document and its annexes be read thoroughly. Failure to observe the procedures laid out therein may result in disqualification from the evaluation process.
