Justification:
This requirement was originally published on 16th November 2020 and was cancelled on 17th February 2021 due to a specification change requested by our Client. There is now an urgency to have the seating installed before the 31st July 2021. The contracting authority therefore needs to urgently procure this contract. The contracting authority now intends to undertake a new procurement competition for these goods using the accelerated open procedure.
