If you are interested in submitting a Bid in response to this ITB, please prepare your Bid in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this ITB and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Bids Thursday 21th November 2019 (4:30 PM Bangladesh Standard Time OR 6:00 am EDT) set out in Bid Data Sheet.

Please acknowledge receipt of this ITB by sending an email to bd.procurement@undp.org, indicating whether you intend to submit a Bid or otherwise. You may also utilize the “Accept Invitation” function on or before Wednesday 13th November 2019 (4:30 PM Bangladesh Standard Time OR 6:00 am EDT) in eTendering system, where applicable. This will enable you to receive amendments or updates to the ITB. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate with the contact person/s identified in the attached Data Sheet as the focal point for queries on this ITB.
Proposals may be submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP e-Tendering system. Bid must be submitted using online e-tendering system at the link furnished : https://etendering.partneragencies.org; by using your username and password. Bid Validity Period: 120 Days

Prebid meeting date, time and place: A pre-bid meeting will be held at Village Well, 19th Floor, IDB Bhaban, Sher-e- Bangla Nagar, Dhaka at September at November 14, 2019 11:00 AM.

Note: Bidder needs to carry a valid Passport/NID/Credit or Debit card with photo/Original driving license to enter IDB Bhaban for the pre-bid meeting.

If bidder would like to join the conference via skype, please provide the skype account to the E-mail: bd.procurement@undp.org along with the confirmation by 13th of November 4:30 PM (Dhaka Standard Time).
