Eligibility of Tenderer :

1. Manufacturer/ Manufacturer's Authorized Agent having experience of supplying utility bill forms/continuous computer paper.
2. Manufacturer/Tendere shall have a specific experience in the supply of pre-printed bill forms/continuous computer paper within last 3 years at any public utility like BPDB, DPDC, DESCO, PBS, WASA, PORT, CUSTOM, BTCL / Mobile company.
3. The manufacturer must submit the proper documentation with the Tender. The Authorized Agent must submit proper manufacturerâ??s Authorization with the Tender.
4. Updated Trade License/Certificate of incorporation, TIN, VAT, Income Tax Certificate shall be submitted.
5. Updated Bank Solvency Certificate supported by documents.


Note 1: Non fulfillment of above requirement shall lead to rejection of Tender.
Note 2: The amount of the Tender Security & Performance Security shall be Infavour of D.D, RAO, Comilla, BPDB, Comilla. (Refundable)
