BACKGROUND

The World Food Programme WFP is the world's largest humanitarian agency fighting hunger worldwide, delivering food assistance in emergencies and working with communities to improve nutrition and build resilience. Each year, WFP assists some 80 million people in around 80 countries.

World Food Programme is soliciting expressions of interest from qualified suppliers, manufacturers and authorized partners & distributors with experience in the supply of Radio Equipment, Accessories and the Provision of Related Services.

In particular vendors shall have experience in the supply and delivery of:

• Motorola VHF/UHF Equipment, Antennas, Accessories and related services
• Codan HF Equipment, Antenna, Accessories and related services

Further instructions in regards to the solicitation process and a detailed requirements description will be provided along with a formal solicitation document set which is schedule for issuance

In 2 weeks after the closing date of this EOI.

The intended duration of the Long-Term Agreement established as an outcome of the RFP: 3+1+1

While the Companies are encouraged to express their interest for the supply of products and related services operating on all three radio bands mentioned above, an expression of interest on their part for solely one or two bands won't entail their disqualification.

RESPONSE

Companies are required to provide the following:

• Summary of experience (max two pages) in providing the requested good and services.
