USDA Forest Service, Lincoln National Forest, has a requirement for Photovoltaic equipment and supplies.
All questions shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer (CO) of record by email to: warren.abbott@usda.gov.
Type of Award. As a result of this solicitation, Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price purchase order. Total Small Business Set Aside (100%) under NAICS code 221114 for which the size standard is 250 Employees; PSC code 6117, apply.
Basis for Award. Award will be based on FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Request For Quotation (RFQ) shall use Best Value principles under SAP. All evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are significantly less important than cost or price.
FAR 52.211-6 BRAND NAME OR EQUAL (AUG 1999) Applies.
Offer Submission: Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation.
