Overview :

UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 National Consultant on resource mobilization ​  

(Ref: T220503)  

Objectives:

UNDP is looking for a national resource analyst to assist Department of Climate Change, MONRE and UNDP in developing the Draft Decision. The expert will be supervised by (i) the DCC, MONRE drafting team, (ii) the UNDP Senior Technical Advisor on Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) & Climate Change Adaptation (CCA). S/he is also expected to work closely with MONRE officials and other mobilized technical consultants.

The consultant will be responsible for:

  1. Review national and international best-practices related to integration of resource mobilization including financial and technological resources into the strategies and master plans to implement the international commitments in climate change respond ;
  2. Support to develop guideline for integrating resource mobilization content into the national, regional and provincial strategies and master plans to implement the international commitments in climate change respond in Vietnam (the strategies and master plans are specified in Article 93 of the Law on Environmental Protection). Regarding to mobilizing financial resources, requiring a close collaboration with existing MPI, CPEIR experts;
  3. Participate in the presentation related contents at consultation meetings, and finalize the draft of the Decision.
